Proposed referral terms

Commission and eligibility

A single commission of 10%-20% applies to the net contracted fees for the initially purchased fixed-scope service on a specifically approved referral, excluding taxes, discounts, and any amounts refunded or reversed. The exact rate and deal value must be agreed in writing before closing. An accepted referral must convert within 90 calendar days of written acceptance. The agreed commission is payable within 7 calendar days after the client's first invoice payment clears, subject to verified payout details. If the client later receives a refund or reverses payment, the related commission may be offset against future commissions or repaid. There is no commission on later invoices for additional work, renewals, expansions, subsequently purchased services, indirect or unapproved leads, or lifetime revenue/profit share. No commission is guaranteed unless the referral, scope, deal value, and rate are accepted in writing and the stated conditions are met.

Responsibilities and relationship

The partner is responsible for 100% of prospecting, outreach, discovery, negotiation, and closing. Aman is responsible for all technical execution. The relationship is independent and non-exclusive. A partner has no authority to bind Aman, make commitments on Aman's behalf, or change pricing, scope, or delivery terms. Outreach must be lawful, truthful, and non-deceptive, with applicable consent and marketing rules followed.

Term, confidentiality, and taxes

The proposed arrangement begins only after Aman accepts both the onboarding and a specific referral in writing. Either party may terminate the relationship in writing; accepted referrals remain subject to their written terms and eligibility window. Each party is responsible for its own applicable taxes and filings.

Privacy and payout details

Do not submit a full government ID number or upload an identity document here. Only the proof type and last four characters/reference are requested at this stage. Full document verification, if needed, will be requested later through a separate secure channel. Do not include unrelated sensitive personal data.

Draft legal terms

These draft terms are for reference only and do not constitute a binding agreement. The final agreement will be provided in writing after acceptance of onboarding and a specific referral.

An application is not an acceptance ,it will be reviewed. Full ID verification, if required, will be handled later through a separate secure channel.
